My name is George John. I am a holiday member of Orchid Vacation, and recently this is the first time I am taking a holiday with Orchid Vacation. I came to Goa for a seven-day vacation, and I stayed at The Citadel Sarovar Portico Vasco. It is a very nice hotel booked for me. The hotel is good, the lobby looks beautiful, and the service is also very nice. In Vasco, I think this is one of the best hotels. They are providing good service both in the room and at the reception. Anytime you call them for anything, they are very supportive. Room service is also nice, and we are really enjoying it. I am still here, and one good thing is that you can get bus services from here to Panaji. Panaji is the main hub to travel to North Goa and South Goa. From just in front of the hotel, you can get an AC bus every ten minutes, and it takes around forty-five minutes to reach Panaji. The rooms are very nice, and till now, after completing four days here, I have no complaints at all. Everything is neat and clean. Every day they do proper room service and maintain cleanliness. The rooms have good amenities like a water boiler, heater, and other facilities. There is also a swimming pool, and the restaurant is very nice where you can order food or use room service anytime. Hot and cold water is available at any time. Overall, it is very nice to stay in this hotel. Thanks to Orchid Vacation for giving me this opportunity and providing such good service. I will definitely recommend others to take this opportunity and travel with Orchid Vacation. Thank you once again for such a nice and enjoyable experience.
